#asktheexperts Till what age of the baby can I breastfeed? My baby is 11 months now and my milk supply has reduced substantially. So, I am giving formula milk 2 times a day. Should I take Lactare tablets for increasing the supply and breastfeed or should I increase the formula feedings to 3/4 ?

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good afternoon definitely it will be better to try to give the baby mothers milk so I would recommend you to try to make sure that you are having Himalaya shatavari for some time to try to improve the milk production
