AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. Include more of jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, etc in ur diet to increase bm. Once ur baby completes one year then u can start with cow milk
