You could include and add in ghee to their meals, other foods such as panner, soya, milk, curds,
you can also give soaked nuts and seeds, dals, chana, rajma, lobia etc
also eggs, chicken , fish etc
shashiMom of a 2 yr 1 m old boy4 days agoA. Add one teaspoon spoon desi ghee (clarified butter) twice a day either in sabji or khichdi pr rice etc..
Add banana in diet chart.
Roasted makhana kheer is also very good option for weight gain (roast makhana and dry fruits, chana, sabudaana makhe powder in mixer then store it and serve with milk or water).
In winter besan, nariyan and dry fruits ladoo is very good option..that works for me..
sooji kheer, vegitable khichdi,
give atleast two proper meal and 1 snacks time(seasonal fruits, ladoo, roasted makhana, chana etc)
Cow milk..

Lot of recipes available in the Baby meal planner section you can check over there but I must tell you there is no specific weight gain recipe food items for your child of course different recipes but they should be having good proteins child should be able to digest it well
