#asktheexperts Some times I feel pain in c section place , operation done @ 27/5/2026 y , Wt kind of rest i should take at this stage do i want to sleep on my back and take rest whole day plz guide me after c-section how many days we need to e on bed at take rest, and Wt kind of rest we need to take

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 week agoA. By this time your stitches heal completely and there is no need now to lye down on your back so you can sleep sidewise and if still your stitches area hurt get then checked

Mam it is only for 30 to 60 days maximum after that also if you’re having so much of pain then you should consult your doctor usually little bit of pain can be there not like how you are facing so please check with your doctor and proceed with your doctors advice comfortable if you are you can sleep on your back of course there is no problem
