Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the initial stage you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can start with some purie of carrot potato and some other foods which can be given are porridge of suji sabudana which can be prepared in bhreast milk or formula milk.
initially you can start with one or two tsp which can be gradually increased up till at least three meals in abg day

See there is no specific diet plan I can tell you you have to prepare the things on your all upon depending upon the liking of the child but yes I will tell you that you should give good amount of oats and the fruits green leafy vegetables and as much as good amount of water bottle milk and coconut water to the child this is going to help in maintaining and regulating the digestive and motion system of the childWrite Your Answer Here
