#asktheexperts sir my son is 6 months old and has hips turning red with red spots I don't what is the reason like diaper or sweat please let me know what should I do

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like (rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal) but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the pexrianal area which will help in decreasing the rash. to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper

Sunita MahatoMom of 3 children1 Year agoA. could be sweat or diaper.. maintain hygiene.. u may use coconut oil on the anal area or Babyhug advanced daiper rash cream.. take care.. u may use curd or aloe vera gel ...on affected area
