#asktheexperts protein powder with milk is good for a toddler to increase protein intake? and can we give soya chunks to toddlers?

A. Soya is good it’s highly rich in protein of course you can give it to the child apart from that if it’s good powder you are willing to give to the child and make one at home you can use all dry fruit powder and fox nuts into that and equal amount dry roast and make a powder you can even add Sattu if you want it’s a very rich source of protein
