#asktheexperts Post my vaginal delivery, I am suffering from joint pain which inclues knee, ankle, hand..Knee pain while sitting and standing..pls advice how can I get relief?

A. hi mom u need to start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet low fat low sugar fat do yoga brisk walk cycling etc according to ur comfort level

A. You can start off with going for walks or even try simple stretching exercises to ease the tension and strain build up in the muscles. You can also try yoga to ease sore muscles and relieve the pain. Make sure you incorporate pelvic exercises to strengthen your back muscles aiding in reduced back pain after delivery.
