#asktheexperts Please advise the medicines for cold , cough and flu for breastfeeding moms. Also advise for any good cough syrup which is safe during breastfeeding. Thanks

Turmeric, milk and steam and halation also should help. But if the symptoms are persistent to get in touch with your doctor in this matter.
