Q.

#asktheexperts now my baby is of 4months old , till now there's no hair loss but now slowly I can see my hair falling off...what can be done to avoid my hair loss.

A. It's because of hormonal changes, follow a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein rich food n lots of green veggies, .Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair regularly with good hair oil.

A. U should have a balanced nutritious diet which should include more of protein and iron rich food green leafy vegetables and fruits and precise if you want to do something with the scalp then you can go ahead with applying a mix of ginger juice and onion juice take them in equal quantity apply to be your scalp keep it for 10 minutes and wash it you just have to do it one time in the week
