#asktheexperts my twins are super active..they can run whole day..they are almost 2.5 yrs old but I see thr weight didn't increase for last 6 month its almost constant to 14 kg...what should I do.

A. Hi.. 14 kgs weight at the age of 2 and half year is absolutely perfect so you should not worry about the weight gain also if the babies are active you should not worry about weight, and offer them a well balanced diet with lots of variety in food
