i have twins....they had fever before 2 days...but now they are not eating anything....what should i do....????

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl6 months agoA. Start with a B complex supplement and also I’m going to advise you to give fennel seeds water the stomach might be must be really in heat because of the medicines and try to give more of liquid based that’s very comforting for them
