#asktheexperts my twins (2 yrs 4 months old) don't eat properly..they keep demanding milk ..they have gradually started eating solid food but they take only 5-6 bites. Should I give them multi vitamins. Please suggest.

A. hi mom make nuts powder made up of cashew, almonds, dry dates and add in milk give fresh fruit milkshakes lassi curd rice give soft foods mix veg dal khichdi with ghee
