#AsktheExperts my son who is 2 yrs old weighing 11.6 kgs recommended 3ml of pcm250 n 1ml of zencold drops for cold n fever.. Today mrng 11 o clk I given full 1 ml of zencold n den 3ml of pcm out of which he consumed half pcm.. Later 1 o clk my husband without knowing this given 3m of pcm drops.. Pls help me whether is it over dose of pcm.. Should I consult dr? Pls help

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. a single heavy dose for the child should not cause any major problem. there is a possibility that the child might have vomiting. it will be single episode and then it should stop. on the side effects part it may not be that much relevant so no need to worry.d
