Q.

#asktheexperts my son's name is Samarth and he just completed 5 months. currently he is on breast feeding as well as on formula milk (Lactodex premium 1) (90 ml) 6 to 7 times in day(24 hrs). A. Usually looking at the age of the child a child can consume about 120 ML of milk to 150 ML of milk in one go so that would be good and the food can be started after completing the time of six months you can start with Dal and rice water fruits and vegetables Khichdi and porridge for your child
