#asktheexperts My son is very choosy when it comes to vegetable. Can this cause lack of nutrients and also advise if this can be substituted by eggs/ chicken?

A. Non-vegetarian you can give everything that you would want that’s not a problem but vegetables and fruits have their own nutrition qualities and if the child is not going to have them is definitely going to be a nutrition deficit child because of that and you can give all kind of protein where you can do tofu Paneer cheese curd
