#asktheexperts if a baby's leg is bent. It is said that this is due to the lack of vitamin D. So can this deficiency be rectified with any food?

A. With Food it is actually going to be a tough job you should start with vitamin D supplements along with that of course food is going to do its own job but as the supplement is going to work it is definitely going to work better so go ahead with supplement and consult a nutritionist for a rich vitamin D diet for the child
