#asktheexperts my son is now 5 months completed, I have started solids (fruits and uggu ) he is passing motion hard and in green color. its been more than 10 days.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. dear mom. .i will advice yiu to start weaning food after 6 month of completion, not now. just give onmy breast milk on demand. to avoid constipation, apply hing paste around navel and do tummy massage.
