Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. the green colour that many times is present in the stool is due to the digestive enzymes (bile )present in the stomach and when the dfood reacts with the digestive enzymes this can give green colour to the stool. the importance is of consistency of the stool so if the consistedncy is watery and green then only you need to meet the doctor but if it is semi solid to solid green stool then no need to meet the doctor.

Nihita mittalMom of a 7 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. good afternoon whenever the child passes green colour motion it is an indication that the child is suffering from some out of infection in the body could be stomach related it could be cold I would recommend you to visit a doctor
