#asktheexperts my son is 18 months old but he is not speaking . he normally says mummy papa but doesn’t points us a mother father . he plays well every thing and has quick hold on everything what he likes . whatever we say him to speak he doesn’t repeats . eye to eye response is lacking please

Mam I think it would be associated with deficiency of iron that the eye contact is not there that’s very common with kids but if the child is not following your command are not responding well then there is a problem little bit of delay in the growth of your child in terms of understanding and responding for that purpose if you want you can take an advice with a child psychologist and also take homeopathic treatment that really helps a lot
