Wikoryl af about 10 drops you can give one time maximum three times in the day with a gap of eight hours each + you will have to to make sure that you are also giving steam indirectly putting a hollow pillow because the head is an elevated position this way and it’s easier for them to breathe and you can also use nasal drops if needed
