#asktheexperts my son 3 years old still now he is not going toilet properly, somedays he won't go the next day it is very hard and crying continuous. He never sit, he used to stand while going toilet. I tried everything. if I completed him then he won't go that day.

A. yes it s due to hard stools is common due to change in food pattern and content. For immediate relief from constipation u can use dulcolax / glycerin suppository. To avoid and  rectify constipation u shud focus on diet change. U shud give fibre rich fruits/pulpy seasonal fruits like mango apple pear pomegranate  n green leafy vegetables like beans palak brocolli etc. Give fruits mix in milk as shakes Increase water content and give plenty of other fluids also
