#asktheexperts My son 2.8 yrs old is having recurrent cold and running nose. can you pls suggest any home remedy

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 months agoA. mam please give honey in lukewarm water to the baby. give indirect steam inhalation twice a day to the child. also give turmeric milk to the baby. give tulsi infused water for few days to boost immunity. put nasal saline drops in baby nose.

MeghaMom of 3 children2 months agoA. Few tablespoons of warm carom seed into a small clean clothe, place the warm potli near the baby bedding at a safe distance to allow them inhale which help to relief cold and cough.
