#asktheexperts My question is how to maintain a healthy diet for a baby of 2 years?

A. My baby is 2 years old girl.uska stomach bhar h ya kh skte h mota h to mai kya kru...waise vo slim h but pet bhar h..need advice.is their any problem or it is normal???

A. Include flax seeds in your child's diet. Give tofu, sweet potato, yoghurt, hummus, salmon, avocado, mango, eggs, berries, beans, black eyed peas and chickpeas, whole grains, milk, ragi, oats etc as these help in healthy weight gain of a child. Always offer healthy snacks. Do not give more than 500 ml of milk and other milk products per day.
