As ur baby is two years old, give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Restrict milk to 400 - 500 ml in a day including the dairy products.
Give all that you cook for your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, ghee, roti, rice, soup, fresh fruit juice, pulses etc in ur baby's diet
