#asktheexperts My new born daughter is 6 weeks old. doing great. She was given a vaccine in the hospital after birth.Now the area where the vaccine is given got bulky and turned reddish. Later it got punchured and got leakage as well with puus. Is this normal?

A. Betadine you can apply on that basically that has happened because of the BCG vaccination and after that time you can see the similar situation can arise at any body part and it is the same situation that your child has so don’t worry it’s a normal thing to be seen
