AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 6 m old boy1 week agoA. Hello mama Small pimples around the neck are the heat rashes. keep the skin clean and Dry. make ur baby wear cool loose comfortable clothes in summers to prevent sweating. Apply Himalaya prickly heat powder to give relief.
