ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. It’s okay if you haven’t got your cycles so far and you can wait for another 6 months but in the meantime keep using contraception to avoid accidental pregnancy . To gain weight take high protein diet
