See I think it could be a muscle related issue where the muscle may be deteriorating in the body which is why this could be happening I’m not very certain but these things can be seen so I think it would be good if you are associate or Doctor Who are specialised into the area of muscles and they will be able to help you and also alongside if you want you can take an advice with an orthopaedic as well if it is some related issue or something that needs to be worked upon
