A. Frequent cold and cough in a 10-month-old baby is common as their immunity is still developing. To help, keep her warm, avoid sudden temperature changes, and ensure she stays hydrated through breast milk or formula. Use a humidifier in her room if the air is dry and consider saline nasal drops for a blocked nose (after doctor’s advice). Avoid outside exposure during weather changes, and keep her away from sick people. If symptoms last more than a few days, worsen, or include fever or difficulty breathing, consult a pediatrician to rule out any infection or allergy.
