A. dear mum, to increase your baby's appetite, give small frequent meals four to five times a day and up to one Katori every time. include seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits important for appetite. curd helps. spices like jeera, Hing, mint powder aid digestion. do not bottle feed, it reduces appetite for top food. For healthy weight gain, Give nuts like almond, dry fruits. Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
