Q.

my baby is one year old but her weight is not increasing from almost 5 months and her appetite is also very low.. don't know what to do... Please help

A. Dear Mum, give small frequent meals four to five times a day and up to one Katori every time. include seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits important for appetite. curd helps. spices like jeera, Hing, mint powder aid digestion. do not bottle feed, it reduces appetite for top food.
