#asktheexperts my daughter is sucking her fingers during sleep . How to stop this habit. She always keep the food inside of her mouth and taking more time to chew. Is this cause any problem?

A. try to apply any sour tasting liquid on the finger like bitter guard juice ti went off the habit chewing for long time doesn't cause any ill effect but make sure enough remnant is left
