ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello! Hide and sneak vegetables in the form of paratha, chilla, pakoda, cutlet etc. or add veggies in recipes like pulao, pasta and sandwiches. Also, monitor your child's water/ fluid intake, give seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Avoid outside foods. Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care
