ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes you can.. of temperature is not getting down after giving paracetamol drops.. use normal tap water to do sponging.. for further advice can ask ur treating doctor .

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. Yea you can. try to place a wet cloth in forehead. This would reduce the heat instantly also Let the cloth not be too cold. Keep monitoring for temperature. If the temperature is more It's better to check with your doctor and follow his advise. That would be the best and safest option.
