#asktheexperts My daughter is currently a year and three months old and she is very active but very thin and her weight has stayed the same for several months. How to increase this weight? He does not eat any fruit or fruit juice.

A. Give ghee, yoghurt, butter, soya, eggs, paneer, black grams, dates, all pulses, rajma, chickpeas, peanuts- jaggery chiki , dry fruit and nuts, fruit like banana, chikoo, grapes, to improve her weight.
