#asktheexperts how to weight gain of my baby girl. she is 18 months old and her weight is 10kg. she is very thin but very active.

A. Hi Mom, Here are the few weight gaining foods you can include into your child's daily diet. Whole milk or 2% milk ( One glass of milk twice a day), Cheese or yogurt, fried eggs, peanut butter, cereal with whole milk, orange juice, dried fruit, seeds and nuts, fish, meat, sweet potatoes are some of the weight gaining foods. Offer 3 meals and two snacks to your child.
