My son is 2 yrs old
here is his daily diet
morning tiffin like idli poha semiya upma or homemade ceralac
aftn lunch is like dal curry with rice or leafy vegetable curry and at the end curd rice
evng sometimes i give fruits as snacks or same aftn rice
night again i feed him either chapathi or rice
he is very active and good at playing
but he is 9.5kg
is this ideal weight at his age and kindly suggest the weight gain foods

please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
