One should not.depend. on the single.type.of.food.
Keep her diet.multigrain and full of variety
Give her more probiotics and citrus fruits
Give her easy to digest food when she doesn't like to have much food
Don't uSe RO water
take sunbath daily
Don't.opt for.packaged and processed food
