#asktheexperts my daughter is 5year old but her weight is not going along with her age.she is 5 year old her but by her weight she looks small kids.pls tell me what should I do for her weight gain

A. A child should be at least 18 kg or more than by the age of five years so you should give more of proteins in the diet of your child carbs and fat should be also be given in a balance proportion so that the child gains on the way over the period
