#asktheexperts my daughter is 11 yrs 11 months old .. her height is 152 cm now... she got her first period in April..is her height normal? .. will her height increase after periods.

Let the child be physically active, enrol in some good physical activity or sport. Growth hormone levels increase during good night sleep. Consult your doctor for further assistance
