#asktheexperts My daughter is 10 months old. her skin is dry. i use cetaphil body lotion. she has dry and itchy patches on her cheek. i applied lotion and coconut oil. now the part of her cheek has some white dots. is it because of dry skin?

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good afternoon if the child is suffering from excess skin dryness definitely the white dots can of your because of that I would recommend that you should try application of coconut oil but it should be mixed with glycerine
