#asktheexperts My daughter is 1 year 5 months. what should be the amount of water she should drink..

A. You can give around 500 ml water to the child and give water soups coconut water nimbu paani and give family foods to the vaby and give finger foods to develop habit of chewing

A. Hello dear parent! Your child might not need more than 1 litre of water per day. Rest of the liquids like coconut water or fresh fruits and fruit juices, soups can also be given. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
