Q.
#asktheexperts my daughter has a cough and a cold and running nose since 8 days .I am giving her maxtra and ascoril drops + nasal drop..2 days back dr suggested me for nebulizer ..with below schedule 4 times levolin 2times levolin+budecort. I gave this for a day after that she have relax in cough but after 2 days again she have cold and cough now... shall I continue giving above some suggesting to giv nutmeg.

whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watch for three days and follow the instructions given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a follow up.
so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether any change in medicine or any other investigation is needed or not .

You have to complete the course for 3 to 5 days as suggested by the doctor even for nebulisation it is going to be for a minimum of 3 to 5 days as suggested by the doctor because when you give regular nebulisation at least two times in the day this is going to help in eliminating the entire congestion over the period
