U Ask your doctor for a proper medication start giving a bath to the child with the name water you know boil some Neem leaves into the water and that’s what you can give a bath to your child with it and apart from that if your child is not taking much of a feeding then you start giving more of different liquids like juices buttermilk coconut water as well
