That is basically tear duct blockage that you are mentioning what you can do is to massage on the nose of your child in between the areas of the eyes where the eyes meet so do it clockwise and anticlockwise 5 to 6 times in the day the minimum time that you should do it once I should be at least 30 seconds to 1 minute
