RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. If even after eating well the weight is not increasing that means the body is not able to register the food properly in this case I’m going to advise you to consult A paediatrician and then go ahead with some supplements which will help in better digestion and weight gain as well
