Q.

hi my baby isnt gaining any weight. she eats one day and doesn't eat another day. can you please suggest some healthy snacks like laddos or anything like that so she gets the maximum nutrients.

A. Dried fruits and nuts should be included in the snacks because they will have lots of protein content and also necessary nutrients. Fruit and fruit juices can also be given in the form of a snack or a finger foodWrite Your Answer Here

A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Avoid outside foods. Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
