A. Hello! As long as the child is healthy and active and reached all the milestones on time, there shouldn’t be any problem. You need to understand that your child body structure is genetically determined. Give your child a balanced healthy diet that includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy.
