#asktheexperts my child is now 11 months completed but still he doesn't chew only swallows and currently he has only below 2 teeth and 1 upper teeth.

A. Hello my dear parent! With the time your child will start learning how to chew the food well and then swallow. For that reason you should gradually start changing them food texture to encourage your child to chew. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter, good luck and take care.
